Psalm 116:7-8 (MSG)

I said to myself, “Relax and rest. God has showered you with blessings.  Soul, you’ve been rescued from death; Eye, you’ve been rescued from tears; And you, Foot, were kept from stumbling.”

Colossians 1:13

For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of His Son He loves,

God rescues you. He rescues you for eternity from the death of sin and delivers you to the eternal dwelling of salvation. AND He rescues you daily from the cloud of darkness and transfers you into the refuge of His light-filled Kingdom, born from God’s beloved son, our Christ! Receive the overwhelming blessing of God’s freedom and light, because you’ve been rescued in Christ.
