Isaiah 49:16 “Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands…”

Isaiah 40:11 “He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.”

When you surrender to God, He carries you close to His heart. You are His beloved child. He will not forget you. He will remember you with His favor.  He will seal you with His Spirit.  He will fill you with His love and compassion. For, He looks down at His hands and sees your name written on them. He looks in His arms and sees your soul held by Him. You are not far from God. He holds you ever so close.  You are secure in His love.
