Philippians 4:8 Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. 

We have a choice with our thoughts. Choose truth, purity and beauty. We have the gift of a sound mind in Christ.  Fix your mind on Heavenly things.  We are created to glorify God with our inmost thoughts. Dwell in the Spirit of truth and allow your mind to exist in peaceful, lovely thoughts.  Picture the beauty and peace of God in your mind and be renewed.
