John 14:26 “...the Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will help you remember everything that I have told you.”

When you ask God to help you, He calls on His Spirit living inside you.  When you ask Him for strength, His Spirit strengthens you beyond your human strength.  When you ask God to advocate for you, His Spirit intercedes and reminds you God’s power and purpose prevail.  The Spirit of God living inside you desires to help you with wise counsel, gentle guidance, superhuman strength, and true comfort.  You have the power of God living inside you.  Let Him fight your battles and nurture your soul.
