Psalm 103:1-2  O my soul, bless God.

    From head to toe, I’ll bless his holy name!
O my soul, bless God,
    don’t forget a single blessing!

Praise God with your whole self. Let all of you praise His name. Bless God from your inmost soul. Praise Him with your hands, your feet, your heart, your mind, your innermost being. Forget not all of God’s blessings of deliverance, renewal, hope and eternal life.  Praise the Creator and Renewer of your life.  Praise the Forgiver and Lover of your soul.  Praise the one who formed your inmost being, who knows you fully and loves you fully. Praise Him with all you are!  Bless His Holy name!
