Isaiah 40:11 He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart.

We are enfolded in our heavenly Father’s arms.  He holds us close to His heart, with gentle mercy and boundless love.  For God so loved us, He gave us the Lamb, His only Son. He gave us the most love He could give us by sacrificing His Son to save His children. Let us remember the One who created us, and the One who saves us, loves us. Indeed, love is why He created us and why He saves us.  He loves us and carries us now, with His tender, loving, open arms, into eternity.
