Suffering Transformed

Colossians 1:22 But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation

We identify with Christ in His suffering on the cross; we are redeemed by His wounds, which transform our wounds.  He is the one who makes us perfect in God’s sight and transforms our suffering into His perfect goodness.  We grow in grace as our suffering is transformed by God’s Spirit.  We are no longer enslaved to sin, imperfection and suffering.  Because of the cross and resurrection, Christ presents us to God in His radiant holiness and forgiveness.  We are children of God’s grace, and He is our good Father.
