Joshua 1:9  Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

The Lord is your God.  He knows you.  He goes with you everywhere.  He is intimately aware of your tendencies toward discouragement, your distractions from His Word, and your provocations of fear.  His Presence reassures you with strength and courage.  It a mystery how God gives strength in powerlessness, and courage in the midst of fear.   His commands are trustworthy and to be followed.  Do not be discouraged; draw on His courage.  Do not be afraid; find His unconquerable strength in you.  Know God is in you and for you. See the mystery unfold of God encouraging you and strengthening you by His mighty hand.
