Luke 6:38  Give away your life; you’ll find life given back, but not merely given back – given back with bonus and blessing. Giving, not getting, is the way. Generosity begets generosity.

When we act first with generosity, giving of ourselves whether or not we feel adequate or equipped to give, we actually receive generously.  We need to stop thinking constantly about ourselves and whether we have anything to give.  Fixation on self is a dead end. We need to start looking outward, giving freely and trusting God to provide generously for all of our needs and desires accepting to His will.  God gave Himself to us; let us generously give our lives away. Generosity destroys fear.  Generosity is always adequate. Generosity inspires more generosity. Give of yourself; it’s the greatest way of thanksgiving!
