Isaiah 43:1  But now, this is what the Lord says…Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.”

We are released from the burden of self, in Christ.  We are born of God.  We belong to Him.  He calls us by name.  It’s a royal call, full of joy, hope and fearlessness.  He redeems us from the pit of our own self-destruction.  He leads us not into temptation but delivers us from evil. He is in control. We have nothing to fear in releasing control of our destiny to Christ. How freeing it is to be summoned by name, released from sin’s grasp, separated from fear, and cared for as a child of the Most High God.  You are His!
