Goodness of God’s Grace

Ephesians 2:4-7 “But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ— by grace you have been saved—and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.”

God’s mercy, love and grace make us alive.  He nourishes our souls with grace; He knows we yearn for His ever-flowing mercy. He enlivens our spirits with resurrection power. We are lifted to heavenly places with Christ by His grace. His glory is on display by His ceaseless  kindness to us. He is a God of great compassion.  When we bring God our burdens of guilt, shame, and fear, He answers with grace and love.  His response is always more and more grace.  Let us pray for our hearts to receive the goodness of God’s grace.
