God’s strength in our weakness

2 Corinthians 12:9-10 …I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships,in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

God’s power fills our empty places of weakness, difficulty and pain.  When we are weak in ourselves, we go to God for supernatural strength.  We depend on Him when we are disappointed.  Weakness carves out a place in our hearts and souls for the divine indwelling Spirit of God. We make a home for God’s loving presence when we open our lives to Him in our difficulty, failure and disappointment.   His unconditional love is more than enough to strengthen, empower and sustain us.  Abide in His loving and everlasting presence.  We are weak, but He is strong!
