Lamentations 3:22-24  Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.

God’s love rescues us from the consuming fires of life.  He faithfully delivers compassion and mercy to His people every morning.  He is enough. He is more than enough.  He is the very portion we need to flourish each day.  Let us wait for His provision and protection. May we be rescued from the fiery arrows of accusation, unworthiness and discontentment.  May we know that the fires of life will come but will not not consume us because of God’s faithfulness.  Place your hope in His mercy and compassion, for He cares for you.
