Wisdom is personified in Proverbs 3:16-18: “Long life is in her right hand;  in her left hand are riches and honor. Her ways are pleasant ways, and all her paths are peace.  She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her; those who hold her fast will be blessed.”

When we seek wisdom and discernment from God, we receive rich blessings of abundant life and overflowing peace.  Wisdom carves out a pathway for peace.  Wisdom produces the fruit of vitality and inner aliveness.  God’s Spirit grants us wisdom for our choices, our relationships, and our futures, when we ask Him.  

Oh Lord, help us to discern where your Spirit is leading us and bring us to a path of peace; our souls long to be like trees teeming with life and energy from you!  Let us cling to your daily blessing of wisdom. May we be deeply rooted in your Word which makes us wise for our future with you. Amen.
