John 5:17, 19-20. In his defense Jesus said to them, “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working… Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, and he will show him even greater works than these, so that you will be amazed.”

God is always at work!  Just as Jesus joins His Father in all He is doing, so we are urged to join God in His amazing works. Look for places where God’s Spirit is working, and ask God to join Him!  We are co-laborers with Christ and co-participants in His Kingdom of God. Join with God and enjoy the fruits of His Spirit at work in and around you!
