Isaiah 14:27 “For the LORD of hosts has planned, and who can frustrate it? And as for His stretched-out hand, who can turn it back?” 

Psalm 33:11 “The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of His heart from generation to generation.”

God’s plans transcend time.  His divine, spiritual guidance helps us fulfill His plans, which He created before time and cannot be undone.  He created us to conform to His divine will, by His Spirit’s power at work in us. His plans are set in stone and sealed by His Spirit.  He desires our willingness to be changed spiritually to know and act on His will. God moves us toward change, He wills us toward change, and He loves us toward change!  Amen!
