Isaiah 26:3 “You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.” In response to keeping our minds steadfast in seeking Christ and trusting God with our thoughts, God will keep our minds in perfect peace. God’s peace, beyond the world’s understanding, fills every crevice of our minds. He stills our racing thoughts. He speaks “silence!” to the internal chaos of noise. He squelches the spiritual attack on our minds. He quiets the cacophony of voices. His still, small voice is to be trusted. Be aware of the peace of God that enters and calms the mind. Allow Him to renew and transform the mind. May God’s peace, nurtured by our trust, restore our restless minds to wholeness.
