Voices in our head can be loud, telling us we are deficient, depressed, or defeated. The voice of God roars above the clamor, clearing the way for truth to resound. Amos 3:8 “The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord God hath spoken”
Evil will not prevail. Isaiah 54:17 “No weapon formed against you will prosper.” When you are tempted to listen to the negative voices, boldly call on Jesus’ name. 1 John 4:4 “The one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.” He is the great Overcomer. Let Him be the loudest voice. Know that He destroys evil, crushes inequity, and displaces fear with love and truth. Amen.
