Christ was buried in a tomb, next to a garden. Envision a cave, enclosed by a boulder, shrouded in darkness. Miraculously, light penetrated that tomb. Resurrection morning followed the darkest night of death. Darkness coexists with light; hope surrounds and encircles despair. Psalm 139:12 “Even the darkness is not dark to You. And the night is as bright as the day.” In the cave of our hearts, God’s light fills us, illuminating dark chambers with everlasting life.
I love this. God is so good even on our darkest of days!
